To recompose the situation fears myself that it is already impossible now the USA and the European states should radically change, they don't have way to compete against the current reality, Europe will never be able to compete of similar to similar with Asia, neither with the USA, if he doesn't stop to be the Europe of the states and he becomes a single Europe. And this that seems a simple thing is very difficult because the states are too big and too independent, they believe them, and with these premises it is impossible to really achieve an union. 

Europe today it cannot seek that all their societies that they cohabit in all their extension are balanced although attempts it, the differences are enormous and they become deeper day by day, and the concepts: state, nation, and economy, they still disable even more the possibility of real unification,  

Today, China, (Asia on the whole) the India, Russia, and even America of the South, they are leaving us in evidence, because it happens this, because very simple because they don't seek in any case to balance the social reality and the economics of the hundreds or thousands of millions of human beings that compose them at the same time. In these big human concentrations, they are applying the economic and social expansion being based on development poles, of all type, elects some for their politicians, other surprisingly for the own western world, that is to say for the winners in the old way of making the social and economic revolution that has been obsolete. 

As being rectified my kind reader he asked, because very difficult it puts it to me, but I believe that it is necessary to return to smaller and more agile societies that can be activated as poles of industrial, economic, and social developments, this will only be gotten dismembering the states and returning to the Europe of the towns or regions, like want to call it, if it is not homogeneous Germany, neither France, neither Italy, and let us don't already say Spain, like we want that it is it the Europe of the Euro, in each nation there are their imbalances between areas or regions, imbalances insolvable if their solution should go by a monkey central politics that in turn has to be paged with political other people's, marked usually for the strongest nations in the area or they have not still seen it.
