HAS THE ALONE PSOE LOST THE ELECTIONS, BUT THE PP THE GOVERNMENT IT HAS LOST WHO THE LOSER IS?

The president in functions, Mariano Rajoy, will receive today in The Moncloa to the socialist leader, Pedro Sánchez, beginning the beat of contacts to try to form government after the general elections that threw the most complicated parliament for its fragmentation of the history of the Spanish democracy. In an unknown and complicated panorama for government's formation after the irruption of two new formations in the hemicycle, We Can and Citizens, the PP was the most voted one on Sunday, but he stayed very far from most absolute, while the left parties neither received a clear government command, although they are under conditions of obtaining it with the help of the nationalist parties.

The PSOE that obtained the worst result in its history, confronts a crossroad: to allow the PP to govern in minority, to arm a complicated alternative government with We Can or to let that the country returns to the urns. This is certainly this way, but apparently they are the forces factices of the Spanish state (all of right) those that are trying to toss him the blame of the disaster from the PP to the PSOE that is not who the government loses, but it doesn't simply win the elections, I understand that the party that has really lost the elections is the PP that the government from Spain has lost.

Several means of information advance that Rajoy will outline Sánchez a pact of stability, while the newspaper The Country informed on Wednesday that Rajoy will offer the socialist leader to reform the Constitution and to preside over the Congress, information that was denied by The Moncloa. This is another of the curiosities of these elections, apparently the most potent newspapers in Spain are now the organizers of the future government of Spain.

The certain thing, is that Mariano Rajoy and Pedro Sánchez will interview (...) in Moncloa, for the first time after the last general elections, he said the official statement of the Ministry of the Presidency sent at the last moment of Tuesday. The PP already bill with the abstention of Citizens to allow the investiture of Rajoy, but he specifies of the support of another political group to get the investiture of Rajoy. This way the president in functions, Mariano Rajoy, receives this noon in The Moncloa to the socialist leader, Pedro Sánchez, beginning the beat of contacts to try to form government.

The open result of the Spanish elections of Sunday locates Party Socialist Spanish Worker (PSOE) before three options similar of chancy: to allow the PP to govern in minority, to arm a complicated alternative government with We Can or to let that the country returns to the urns. In any one of those options they are played the political future of the party and mainly of their leader, Pedro Sánchez, the only candidate that has not appeared before the press from the electoral night, when he said that who should try to form government it was the PP and that the Spaniards have voted change and left I agree with him, but I don't know if the PSOE has character to change Spain that is in definitive what would be of paying attention to the votes emitted by the Spanish society.

A spokesman of the PSOE confirmed on Tuesday that Sánchez didn't have any public act foreseen in the calendar, and he said that the federal committee that was foreseen for Saturday will take place finally on Monday, when the socialist leader will speak to closed door before the rest of leaders of the party. The PSOE is in a very complicated strategic situation. What to make, toward where to move on possible investitures? Whichever it is the option that decides, he will always find opposition, included and mainly inside the party. Leadership of Pedro Sánchez is still to consolidate. these elections were a test of weight and he can it turns in risk and discussed. The PSOE obtained 90 benches of a Congress of 350 deputies, the worst result in its history.

Rajoy reiterated on Monday that he will try to repeat command in spite of having lost most absolute, and he mentioned to the socialists and Citizens when he said that he would speak with the party’s constitutionalists to attempt look for more supports.

The secretary of Organization of the PSOE, Caesar Luena, on Monday that the PSOE would "not" vote to an investiture of Rajoy responded however. To "vote 'no' it is what has to make to assure their possibilities to be alternative of Government. Of not making it, the whole alternative would be in hands of We Can and that would mean an even more severe" defeat, José Ignacio Torreblanca said, professor of Political Science of the UNED, to Reuters. According to Torreblanca, the great coalition PP-PSOE could only be an option once they failed all the other ones, including some new general elections.

The alternative of negotiating with We Can it is not neither exempt of risks, and not only because he would face internal opposition, but because they would take a risk to be fagocitados bay Pablo Iglesias party and to finish losing the hegemony of the left.

Iglesisas have also outlined some red lines almost impossible of assuming for the PSOE, as a self-determination referendum in Catalonia that would have a cost in other communities and to the one that they oppose you with stability regional barons of the party. While the socialists consider their options, the uncertainty will be the dominant tonic in next weeks or even months, with numerous analysts betting for new elections in 2016 as the most probable exit to the dilemma Spanish post electoral.
