“BARCELONA EN COMU” PARADIGM OF THE ABSTENTION OF THE INCOMPETENT ONES

Barcelona won't be added to the Association of Municipalities by the Independence (AMI) when not getting most absolute, such and like they demand the statutes of the sovereignty entity. Of the parties that form the full one municipal the abstention of the 11 councilmen from Barcelona in Comú, they impede it. The proposal taken to the full one by CiU, ERC and the CUP has won for simple majority with the 17 votes in favor of these three formations, to exception of Sònia Recassens that has abstained. The voting has added the votes against the 12 councilmen of the PP, Ciutadans and the PSC, and the abstention of the 11 councilmen of Barcelona in Comú and of Sònia Recassens. 

The mayors from Barcelona, Ada Colau, she has said when the voting that we "pick up this result concluding and we don't close the topic. We will see how expression we can give to the reality that one has seen in this debate". The position of the party of Colau has been very criticized by the favorable groups to the adhesion to the AMI. The president of the municipal group of ERC, Alfred Bosch, it has moved away the trust "symbolically" to the mayors and he has told him that "starting from now they will have it to him to win to pulse. It is evident that Barcelona in Comu is an authentic zero to the left for the politics of Barcelona, the members of this political coalition could never dream of having ended up showing the power that the "snobbery" or the unconsciousness of a lot of part of the society from Barcelona has given them, and I say this way it because it is clear that the society from Barcelona vote to Ada Colau, for the grace that made them vote to what they thought would be a small revolution, many from Barcelona they thought that they made something like that like a small irreverence, but without any consequence. 

There am here that it is certain Barcelona in Comu, it is for if same completely unimportant thinks that by itself it cannot win any voting, therefore he cannot make anything if it is not supported for other or other political formations, but this is not bad, what is a disaster, is that when he knows ahead of time that it cannot win an initiative he makes it fail, but not with its vote but with its I don't vote, that is to say it is inhibited he leaves and it lets that the initiatives die and that they, are believed that it is not its blame, this way with this tactics or the other formations think about a censorship motion seriously to Ada Colau or the immobility and the political inefficiency she settled in Barcelona for four years that can harm a lot of to the economy and the paper of capital of Catalonia that Barcelona should represent. 

I have already told it other times anything it doesn't exist worse than to locate a person in the limit of their incompetence, and this is what has been made in turn with Ada Colau and this with Barcelona in Comu and this formation will make it with the city of Barcelona, the definition of locating somebody in "its limit of incompetence" is based on the "study of the hierarchies in the modern" organizations, people that carry out a work well are promoted to positions of a bigger responsibility, until it is outside of its capacity and they cannot not even formulate the objectives of the new work or function, being surpassed this way its maximum level of incompetence.

Today Esquerra Republican has manifested Colau that moves away him the trust that he offered him in the investiture but this is not enough here now is not question of stopping initiatives it is question of to make politics more and more and to make of Barcelona the capital that should push the possible creation of a new nation and this one cannot make torpedoing the administration of its capital some with its abstentions and incompetence’s, and other because its anger and calculations political erroneous chose bad their punctual alliances.
