THE (TC) IT VERIFIES THAT THERE IS AN UNITED AND OTHER SPAIN NOT SO MUCH

The Constitutional Tribunal (TC) he received during last year a total of 60 unconstitutionality resources against state or autonomous laws, of which 35 were the Governments and autonomous Parliaments, and in turn 25 of them arrived from Catalonia or Andalusia. Catalonia refuted 11 state laws and the Government five Catalan norms, and it presented three conflicts of competitions, according to the data that conform the Memory of the Constitutional Tribunal of 2014.Andalucía in turn, it refuted 8 state laws and it suffered an unconstitutionality resource. The following ones in the list were Canaries and Navarrese that added five resources of both types each and other communities none or one.  

The resources were solved in most of the cases in favor of the theses of the Estado. Another part, they registered 16 unconstitutionality resources interposed by the Government's president in front of autonomous norms with law range. Eight were interposed by deputies and senators: six on state laws and two in front of autonomous laws. Also, the defender of the town interposed an unconstitutionality resource regarding a state norm with law range.
