BECAUSE ARE A LOOT YOUNG UNEMPLOYMENT IN SPAIN.

 

It seems incredible that so many experts: economists, political, statistical, demographic, be astonished before the tremendous figures of the youth's unemployment in our continent, I believe that it is not possible that it is real their surprise, but a mere speculative theater and that alone it tries to confuse to the public opinion making it believe that the things are outside of their control, it is almost as telling us that it is the destination or the circumstances the one that take to this situation, he gives me rage to see the declarations of intentions and proposal of unconscious measures day by day that from all the European chancelleries and from the own central commission they are exposed, at the alone end they arrive to an exit, the grants, "the charity not well expert" sews that he doesn't solve anything but just the opposite he postpones it and he increases it face to the future. 

The explanation of the juvenile unemployment is not another that at the present time the society has made disappear the own young and inexpert" "work that in the one that is not necessary experience, that that forms a youth little by little in an orderly worker and with the acquired understanding practically that it is necessary to begin to walk to arrive to some place, they are several factors those that have happened so that this happens one it is the high tecnification, another is that the industry manufacturer has left to other latitudes, and the most important to me to understand it is that the potatoes have bad-mannered to their children and daughters, in the idea that it is necessary to be rich and winner to the first of change. 

It is evident that the company is very cold, its mission is to make money and therefore it cannot accuse her of the whole created situation, the companies have left abandoned the easy and therefore not well paid work, because nobody wanted to make them. Europe has been alone with big companies very technical that above making much more money, every time they need less manpower, and this is translated in that those that they have more than enough are those that don't have the enough labor structure that contributes the responsibility and the efficiency that alone it is acquired after years of not well paid labor learning (but paid after all)  

Today in alone day we see juvenile work in Germany and in the Anglo-Saxon world and we are surprised, I don't know because, there is juvenile work because there are companies and young productions, in constant evolution in continuous transformation and this way while some specialized workers accumulate and they seat products and productions, other not well paid ones learn with other simpler functions that they prepare them to go raising the employees that finish their labor road, the most important thing it is that there the society understands it, and the parents also, so when a youth offers him a not well paid work and of low quality, what they tell him is that the lame thing already and begin to learn two fundamental facts, one to work and another to realize that he is necessary to work to live better and autonomously.  

Here in our country, the thing this I fear myself completely also outside of control for several causes that I will try to analyze: let us see one it is the tremendous manpower excess without work that we accumulate, thanks to the disastrous decade of the 2000/2010 when we brought seven million workers, to make the works that the Spaniards decide that they should not make our youths, because we had already gone many of us by them, and now that we began to be rich our youth he should not be lowered to "get dirty for a wage of "poor", to this it was added that the companies (few) Spanish, they decided that it was more profitable to stop to manufacture according to what things, and to care them much cheaper of other origins and this way to obtain better benefits and naturally us des industrialisms. 

As very clear example: the information has more than enough contracts, services, mishaps, and work or Spanish addresses, moved telephonically to Morocco, Latin America, etc. is something more simple and at the same time more ridiculous than to take out this work outside of the country removing hundred of work positions to young, incredible but it has been this way, and it is not necessary to attribute the responsibility from these alone actions to the companies it is that in its moment nobody in this country wanted to make these works. 

Today the reality is the one that is, there is 45% of juvenile unemployment that doesn't have the but minimum possibility to find work, because physically this work is not here, they can already clamor, they can already subsidize what they want, there is not solution except for a, to create special companies of factory and cheap services that they can offer not well paid work but I work after all, and starting from here that each one moves and looking for to leave toward other roads, but from a salary and a labor education. Not to understand this reality is as to close the eyes and to think that what scared you to missing.
