FAES WRITTEN ANOTHER DOCUMENT OF 80 PAGINATE TO BE CONVINCED TO IF SAME THAT IS RIGHT

The foundation FAES, been founded by the Government's former president, José María Aznar, has published another report in which outlines and you car responds to 20 questions essentials on the Catalan secessionist process, a report that the European euro deputy has been remitted now that two scarce months they have left them of being in the "convent."

The document includes sentences that summarize the orientation of the argumentario clearly. They are of the type: "The secession, far from being expression of the Catalan identity, it would be been only of the fracture of that same identity", or "while it is manufactured an despoils memory and offenses he/she forgets that the freedoms and the self-government are possible for the Constitution, not in spite of her". But also of the type "the secession is probably the most absurd and gratuitously destructive political, economic and social zeal in the history of Catalonia."

1. Can one speak with reason of a history of "Spain against Catalonia?"  

2. Was the Transition wanted by the Catalan?  

3. Were the Constitution and the Statute of 1979 wanted by the Catalan?  

4. The Sentence of the Constitutional Tribunal on the Statute of 2006  it prevents the Catalan to have a satisfactory status inside the mark  constitutional Spanish?  

5. It can be spoken in some sense of representation lack of  the Catalan in the constituent process or in the institutions of the State?
