IN SPAIN JUSTICE IS NOT APPLIED VENGEANCES THEY ARE CHARGED

The Superior Tribunal of Justice of Madrid has condemned the judge Elpidio José Silva to 17 and a half years of disqualification for a prevarication crime and two against the individual freedom for incarcerations the former president's of Madrid saving bank Miguel Blesa and the manager Gerardo Díaz Ferrán.
