ESPAÑA SE PONEN DE ACUERDO DE DOS EN DOS, PERO AMBOS CON LA POLITICA EQUIVOCADA

El secretario general del PSOE y el presidente de Ciudadanos exhibieron hoy miércoles un acuerdo entre ambos partidos con aspiraciones a ser de investidura y de legislatura, pero que tendrá dificultades para sumar los apoyos suficientes para ser el programa del próximo Gobierno de España, una porque ambos juntos no suman la mayoría necesaria y dos porque un partido es de izquierdas y el otro de derechas. Lo curioso es que por otro lado los líderes de los otros dos partidos con mayoría de votos, el PP y Podemos, también se han puesto de acuerdo en decir que lo aprobado por PSOE y CIUDADFANOS es inviable y como en el caso anterior son una pareja de distinto y opuesto signo político… esto solo pasa en España.

El propio presidente del Gobierno español en funciones, Mariano Rajoy, dijo esta mañana que este pacto no serviría para sacar adelante un Ejecutivo, por lo que consideró probable que vuelvan a repetirse elecciones en España. Por otro lado, naturalmente el socialista Pedro Sánchez que se adjudica la autoría de la iniciativa, calificó el pacto de histórico, aunque reconoció que no era el necesario para que haya un nuevo Ejecutivo liderado por él a partir de la próxima semana, cuando se celebrará el pleno y las votaciones de investidura.

Por ello, tras desgranar numerosos puntos de un texto que reúne 200 medidas y que no fue cerrado hasta esta madrugada, instó en varias ocasiones a otras fuerzas a sumarse para salir del bloqueo político en el que está sumido el país y evitar una repetición este verano de las elecciones del pasado diciembre.

"Este es un acuerdo abierto, que no excluye a nadie, que tiende la mano a izquierda y derecha para que podamos lograr un nuevo tiempo y tengamos un Gobierno la próxima semana", dijo Sánchez en una comparecencia en solitario en el Congreso tras escenificar con el líder de C's, Albert Rivera, el acto de firma del documento. Es decir, una especie de “ménage a trois” pero con cuatro

Sánchez dijo además que el pacto no tenía "fecha de caducidad", señalando que de no reunir los apoyos necesarios en las votaciones del 2 y el 5 de marzo, seguiría sirviendo como base para negociar el apoyo de otros partidos hasta la disolución de las Cortes prevista por la ley dos meses después. O para las próximas y sucesivas legislaturas hasta que el PSOE llegue a gobernar en España si ahora pierde la oportunidad que le puso el rey en sus manos.

Así que ya tenemos un NO rotundo de un partido de derechas como es el Partido Popular de Rajoy, lo curioso es que al igual que la propuesta del PSOE la acuerdan con Ciudadanos el otro partido hermano del PP y casi de más derecha todavía, la negativa de aprobar esta propuesta está apoyada también además del PP por Podemos, el otro partido de izquierdas, algo suena mal verdad, o son tontos los del PSOE y Ciudadanos, cosa que doy por hecho, o el PSOE se ha metido en un terreno de arenas movedizas del que nunca más saldrá.

El líder socialista trató de atraer a Podemos al acuerdo apelando indirectamente al partido de Pablo Iglesias al proclamar que el texto incluye la derogación de leyes del Partido Popular como la llamada ley mordaza, la limitación de las puertas giratorias y un plan de emergencia social dotado con 7.000 millones de euros. "Que me digan dónde no es de izquierdas este programa ", dijo. Sánchez que lo amplio anunciando que incluía la derogación de la reforma laboral del PP como uno de los puntos del acuerdo, aunque en realidad en el texto sólo se habla de un cambio en el marco de las relaciones laborales.

Rivera de Ciudadanos, dijo por su parte en su comparecencia ante los medios que el documento reúne prácticamente el 80 por ciento de las propuestas electorales de Ciudadanos, y aunque reconoció que no iba a ser fácil poner de acuerdo a otras formaciones, apeló directamente al PP a que se sumara al pacto, (y les juro que no estoy explicando ningún chiste). "Este documento que hoy hemos aprobado es perfectamente válido para la extensa mayoría de españoles (...) Ahora falta que otros hagan su trabajo, muestren su voluntad y expliquen por qué no están de acuerdo con un texto de esta naturaleza", dijo.

Increíble el problema de España es más grave de lo que parecía y luego hasta ahora, algunos españoles periodistas, empresarios y políticos, se preguntaban porque Catalunya quiere ser independiente, yo creo que después de hoy ya empiezan a preguntarse porque tardamos tanto porque muchos se cambiaban de país rápidamente, pero en dirección contraria a la que hasta ahora rechazaban y usaban como amenaza

EL TRES POR CIENTO DE CATALUNYA Y EL MONSTRUO DEL LAGO NESS

Pocas frases habrán tenido un eco tan persistente y desafortunado en la política catalana de los últimos 35 años como aquella que el entonces presidente de la Generalitat Pasqual Maragall pronunció el 24 de febrero del 2005 en el Parlament dirigiéndose a la bancada de CiU: "Ustedes tienen un problema. Y ese problema se llama 3%", de ello hace diez años y todavía no se ha encontrado ningún tres por ciento por ningún sitio

Poco se imaginaba Pascual Maragall que aquella replica política en medio del fragor de una sesión del Parlament, se arrastraría como una culebra siempre lista para saltar y morder emponzoñando la política catalana, azuzada por cualquiera de los partidos políticos que la necesiten, la lanzan sobre Artur Mas sobre CdC o sobre la política general catalana. Todos saben que esta por el Parlament y lo bueno del caso es que todavía hoy, no se ha visto nunca, uno ya piensa que es como aquel monstruo del lago Ness que aparece y desaparece según la niebla o la necesidad de ensuciar el clima político catalán.

Recordemos que la alusión al presunto cobro, por parte de Convergencia, de un porcentaje del presupuesto de las obras adjudicadas por el Govern en la época de Jordi Pujol nació el monstruo por primera vez y a pesar que hubo una retractación de Maragall, y no me creo que fuese por necesidad del apoyo de los convergentes liderados por Artur Mas para sacar adelante la reforma del Estatut. Simplemente se dio cuenta que una cosa es atacar a la oposición en una réplica con lo que sea y otra muy distinta probar que lo que se dice es más que esto, un ataque de oratoria y retórica política.

Sea como sea la cuestión es que si en España hay algo más investigado políticamente y judicialmente es este tres por ciento que nunca se encuentra, ha sido buscado entre la familia Pujol, en CIU en CDC, en Artur Mas, en empresarios de la construcción, en ayuntamientos, en la propia Generalitat  y no ha habido manera de que alguien lo encuentre, yo creo sinceramente que quizás existió, porque no, pero el monstruo ya debe estar muerto, quizás porque una cosa es que hayan políticos defraudadores y otra muy distinta que la política catalana se base en un  fraude del 3% las cosas son hoy son muy distintas.

Pero el fantasma del 3%. Reaparece cada vez que hay motivos políticos para combatir a la política, apareció con el estallido del 'caso Palau' -cuando la investigación del saqueo del Palau de la Música destapó el presunto pago de comisiones de la constructora Ferrovial a CDC a través de la institución cultural, hecho que esta sub judice y que se centra en un personaje que no es el partido CDC, y volvió a asomar la en el caso Pujol, a las puertas de una campaña electoral, la del 27-S, de trascendencia incuestionable.

Y sigue apareciendo como hoy mismo; siempre con bombo y platillos y previo aviso a los medios de información agentes de la Guardia Civil de Madrid, Barcelona y Tarragona y representantes de la Fiscalía Anticorrupción han registrado las sedes de CDC y de la Fundació Catalanista i Demòcrata (CatDem), vinculada al partido que preside Artur Mas, creo que con la de hoy tres veces, además los ayuntamientos de Sant Cugat, Figueres, Lloret de Mar y Sant Celoni  han detenido a los tesoreros  Convergència Daniel Osàcar y hoy a Andreu Viloca y muchos mas. La operación  forma parte de una investigación sobre el supuesto pago de comisiones ilegales del 3% de la constructora Teyco, propiedad de la familia Sumarroca -apellido estrechamente ligado a CDC y a Jordi Pujol.

Los registros de hoy se engloban en la tercera fase de la llamada Operación Petrum, que se inició hace más de un año con las investigaciones contra Daniel Masagué, alcalde convergente de Torredembarra, que fue acusado de haber recibido 1,43 millones de euros de siete empresas controladas por la familia Sumarroca a cambio de contratos de obras públicas, como la construcción de un aparcamiento y la gestión del alcantarillado. En el curso de esa investigación, el pasado 23 de julio fueron detenidos el alcalde Masagué, el exconsejero delegado de Teyco Jordi Sumarroca -hijo de uno de los fundadores de CDC- y dos familiares de este, hechos que hoy en día también están en proceso judicial.

Todo ello da una idea de que la fiscalía no están buscando la verdad que no existe, sino montándola, porque es perfectamente posible que con tanta información de cifras y más cifras se pueda casar alguna correspondencia que no tenga nada que ver con la base del delito del 3%, pero que si sea o se aproxime al 3% de alguna comparación numérica, y esto bien  montado a ver como se rebate, es imposible porque no es real y por mucho que quieras una cosa irreal no tiene explicación.

Lo que es evidente es que están dando vueltas a la misma salsa, una salsa que no terminan de ligar las fuerzas policiales, los fiscales anticorrupción, y los jueces al servicio del gobierno de España y por supuesto del PP.  Está claro que de todas formas jamás una falsa acusación habrá dado tanto juego político como la serpiente del tres por ciento.

Desde el 9-N sabemos por orden de quien actúa la Fiscalía. La espectacularidad de la operación deja claro su objetivo: Artur Mas, CDC y su fundación todos están  revisados por todas partes, pero en 10 años no han encontrado nada porque no hay nada que encontrar salvo como decía antes alguna coincidencia entre miles de cifras que puedan montar una trama, que no ha existido más que en la pobre cabeza de Pascual Maragall en un día de nervios en el parlamente de Catalunya. Pedimos y exigimos limpieza y normalidad en el ejercicio de la justicia. No puede seguir la publicidad de las intervenciones de la fiscalía y la guardia civil, la justicia debe de actuar en silencio y secreto porque si lo avisas de antemano, suponiendo que haya algo que esconder lo esconderán o no es así.

Esta es una lógica policial clarísima, el no cumplirla demuestra que no hay delito porque de la misma manera que se enteran los periodistas que ellos quieren, se enteran los demás porque uno se lo dice al amigo este a otro etc. Y hay una advertencia que quiero hacer a los miembros de CDC y a Artur Mas. No den más explicaciones no se defiendan más ante la prensa ni ante la opinión publica en democracia es la justicia la que debe demostrar la culpabilidad o el delito de alguien y no al revés, en democracia todo el mundo es inocente hasta que se demuestra lo contrario, pues por favor dejen que lo demuestren y entonces ya se defenderán legalmente  y si no lo demuestran los culpable serán ellos así de sencillo.

Paciencia amigos independentistas nos tenemos que cargar de paciencia los ataques calumnias y dificultades a los que nos someterán de ahora en adelante no son nada a lo que ya hemos soportado la situación toca a su fin para bien o para mal solo quedan todavía mucho que hacer y cada día va a ser peor porque si con todas las policías judiciales y antifraude en pie de guerra  no han podido parar la Catalunya independiente, me temo que solo les quedarán dos salidas el acuerdo de cómo nos separamos o el uso de las fuerzas armadas, porque olvidémonos de que se acuerden que existe la democracia, pero en ambos casos Catalunya obtendrá lo que buscamos la independencia.

SIGUE LA NEGACION DE LO EVIDENTE ¡SE HAN GANADO LAS ELECCIONES CATALANAS!

En los "márgenes" de las regiones de Naciones Unidas, donde asiste a la Asamblea General, Comparó “Junts pel SI” con el camarote de los hermanos Marx, el ministro aseguró que "todos -en referencia a sus colegas internacionales- han experimentado un enorme alivio porque el plebiscito no haya conseguido la mayoría necesaria y porque la integridad territorial, uno de los principios básicos de la legalidad internacional, se ha preservado". Es exactamente la predicción que hizo Artur Mas: según sean de contundentes los resultados, esto será unas elecciones o un plebiscito, y como parece al gobierno de Madrid le interesa que ahora sea un plebiscito cuando antes lo negaba y en verdad no lo ha sido se pongan como se pongan.

A pesar del respiro, el jefe de la diplomacia española reconoció que existe "cierta inquietud por la situación interna de las fuerzas que han ganado las elecciones". Situación que es la de una victoria absoluta de las fuerzas del SI, lo que les permite formar un gobierno con mayoría absoluta y con el poder democrático de dar a las elecciones un carácter de plebiscito nacional.

Tras asegurar que sigue las noticias que ocurren en España –aunque no se quiso pronunciar sobre la imputación del president Mas apelando a la separación de poderes-, Margallo afirmó: "Tengo serias dudas de que Mas pueda ser presidente de la Generalitat. Empezó con 62 escaños, se apuntó a una deriva separatista que le llevó a tener 50, acentuó esa deriva y calculo que, si tiene 30, es todo lo que tiene" es evidente que la desesperación y la rabia ciega la capacidad de hacer cuentas y comprender que no estamos hablando de CDC sino de Junts pel SI.

En este sentido, insistió: "Junts pel Sí se parece cada vez más al camarote de los hermanos Marx. Ahí está la gente que ha creado Convergència, la gente de Esquerra, de ANC, las monjas exclaustradas" y solo le faltó mencionar al diablo. El ministro ha agregado que, como español, le preocupa "enormemente" que Catalunya, "que es la región más dinámica de España", entre "en un periodo de inestabilidad política". Para Margallo, esta situación es mala "para los catalanes y para España". "A ver si las cosas se calman y volvemos todos al sueño de la razón", ¿Quién respiró?, le preguntaron los periodistas. "Yo y  La Virgen del Pilar ", contestó.

De sus colegas internacionales, aclaró que "me han dicho que era una tranquilidad para todos". Y añadió: "Han manifestado que querían una España fuerte y unida, que querían una UE con las fronteras que tienen los 28 miembros actuales". Al insistirle, replicó que el presidente Obama lo dijo con bastante claridad, el Reino Unido, "los suecos, los suizos, los sudafricanos, los saudís, los jordanos... todo el que me ha visto me ha dicho que menos mal que se ha evitado algo que era malo para los catalanes, para los españoles, para los europeos y para la comunidad internacional".

Por tanto, "respiro generalizado", subrayó. Y remató: "Le puedo decir que nadie me ha dicho que no se alegre de que este falso plebiscito inconstitucional haya fracasado. En qué quedamos Margallo, usted mismo lo dice, el falso plebiscito ha fracasado porque no lo era, ahora bien, las elecciones catalanas han dado una mayoría absoluta a las fuerzas soberanistas. Es evidente Sr Margallo no ha habido un plebiscito, han sido unas elecciones democráticas de acuerdo a la constitución española y perfectamente legales, y ahora nos corresponde a los catalanes, no a los sud africanos ni demás amigos suyos,  darles un carácter plebiscitario o no. 

"La Constitución no está tallada en piedra", como usted mismo dice y Catalunya ha dado una legalidad a sus representantes políticos para actuar fuera de su marco proclamando leyes propias que permitan moverse en otras dimensiones. Para una posible reforma de la carta magna española en aras a la salida al conflicto, se deberían dar varias condiciones. Entre estas, algo tan evidente como seguir el procedimiento legal establecido.

También citó que haya un consenso "similar al de los constituyentes de 1978, que permita saber qué es lo que queremos reformar y lo que no, y su utilidad, qué problemas crearía y que problemas crearía. Cuando eso se produzca, se podrá reformar, está previsto". Volvió a matizar: "Ahora no me parece que sea el momento, en vísperas de unas generales". Pues nada disfrútenlo hasta diciembre cuando se den cuenta que España les hecha del gobierno, o antes si el proceso catalán se pone a trabajar sin esperar a ver qué pasa en diciembre en España.

EL ISLAM DESEQUILIBRA AL MUNDO, QUE YA ESTA A PUNTO DE CAER EL SOLO

El mes pasado las potencias occidentales firmaron un histórico acuerdo con Irán con el objetivo de limitar su programa nuclear. A cambio, se comprometieron a levantar las sanciones económicas y conectar a Irán con el resto del mundo cuando esto ocurrió escribí que podía ser una gran noticia aunque no sabía cuándo lo seria hoy todo indica que me equivoque y va a ser una muy mala noticia para todos.

Y en parte es lógico que sea así porque concurren dos circunstancias muy dispares pero confluentes a la misma, vez verán por un lado el acuerdo con Irán beneficiaba al mundo con la idea de que no habrían mas bombas atómicas en manos de un país que lo cierto es que esta acechado por numerosas fuerzas religiosas y políticas divergentes y que el a su vez pretende ser cabeza de un movimiento islámico muy disperso por ahora esto daba como digo la tranquilidad de que un día a alguien le diera la idea de usar la energía atómica para terminar con sus enemigos disidentes y ya de paso con el mundo entero.

Pero he aquí que si no va a ocurrir una hecatombe atómica si va a ocurrir una hecatombe económica que ya está desequilibrando el mundo y puede ocasionar un auténtico desastre geopolítico con una guerra islámica que se convertirá como ocurrió en las dos pasadas guerras europeas en mundial, esto ahora es más posible porque la realidad es que si ni ha habido desde hace ya 70 años otra guerra de carácter  mundial ha sido gracias a las bombas atómicas de los EEUU, Rusia, Francia, Gran Bretaña, Israel, y alguna más camuflada.

Una guerra mundial con estas armas es impensable porque no serviría de nada ya que no quedaría nada tras ella esto que a todos asusta es precisamente el seguro de vida más eficaz, para que hacer una guerra para no sacar luego beneficio alguno esta es la realidad que nos ha traído hasta el siglo 21 en “paz”. Pero las cosas se están poniendo a tiro (nunca mejor usada la expresión) una guerra a tiros o bombas convencionales si puede hacerse y es más, creo que hay muchos gabinetes políticos y militares que lo deben estar estudiando y aconsejando que no se espere más.

Como dijo el expresidente de Israel, Shimon Pérez, en Davos el año pasado, Israel ya no es una amenaza para los países árabes en el Medio Oriente. Desde la invasión de Irak hace casi 12 años el mapa de Oriente Medio ha cambiado. ISIS se ha convertido en el enemigo número uno. Los informes de sus atrocidades en nombre del Islam sunita son abrumadoras. Sus combatientes no distinguen entre objetivos militares y civiles. No es posible negociar con un grupo cuyo objetivo es matar o expulsar a los yazidis, cristianos y chiíes, y revocar los gobiernos sunitas árabes para establecer su versión de un califato en todo el mundo árabe.

El mundo árabe y también el occidental hoy se preguntan ¿Cómo detener un movimiento tan cruel que no tiene en cuenta la vida de la población civil? ISIS está armándose con equipo militar pesado y está desarrollando tácticas eficaces. Prueba de ello es que hasta ahora, incluso con el amplio apoyo aéreo de las fuerzas estadounidenses, el ejército iraquí ha sido incapaz de detenerlos, el objetivo que persigue ISIS es una victoria militar y control social implacable y la gobernabilidad total del mundo islámico.

Estados Unidos y sus aliados no tienen el apoyo necesario para iniciar una invasión prolongada de Irak y Siria. Por su parte, los Estados árabes no parecen dispuestos a comprometer sus propias fuerzas para derrotar a ISIS. No es extraño: a las monarquías suníes les resultaría difícil convencer a su propio pueblo de que la destrucción de ISIS vale la pena, porque además del costo humano y económico, ISIS se auto-proclama como la verdadera defensora de los ideales sunitas más puros. El problema es muy difícil de resolver, es como si a los europeos capitalistas nos dijesen que hiciésemos la guerra a los EEUU., por mucho que su agresividad económica nos esté hundiendo a todos, nos sería muy difícil entender que es nuestro enemigo.

Por todo ello, creo que el objetivo estratégico que ha permitido la firma del acuerdo nuclear con Irán es facilitar una mayor cooperación en la lucha contra el ISIS. Pero puede haber un error de apreciación por parte de occidente al respecto. Creo que el acuerdo con Irán, también ayuda a ISIS de forma indirecta porque confirma a sus seguidores, las tesis de que los EE.UU., y Occidente están apoyando los chiitas en su milenaria lucha contra los sunitas. La tensión entre chiitas y sunitas es alta no sólo en Irak y Siria, sino también en Yemen.

Quizás es un problema llamémosle local que afecta a las diferencias de religión de unas civilizaciones milenarias si esto fuese así quizás la única forma posible de conseguir un final de paz definitiva seria separar los dos bloques religiosos base del problema,  ofreciendo a las tribus sunitas una región autónoma, quizás ha llegado el momento de enfrentarse a los hechos y dividir Irak porque no creo que las tribus sunitas arriesguen sus vidas por un chiita que domina el Gobierno en Bagdad.

El problema se acrecienta además por la crisis del petróleo que tanto estas incertidumbres como el tratado con Irán y la economía mundial está haciendo que países cuya dependencia está ligada exclusivamente al precio del mismo complica posibles acuerdos o coaliciones capaces de apaciguar los ánimos.

ESPAÑA ESTA PRESA EN UNA DEPRESION SOCIAL QUE LA IMPEDIRA SALIR ADELANTE

El economista estadounidense Joseph Stiglitz, ganador del Premio Nobel de Economía 2001, afirmó a mediados del 2014 que la economía de España se encuentra en una "depresión" peor que la crisis de 1929, conocida como la Gran Depresión, a la vez que apuntó a la desigualdad y el desempleo como prioridades a resolver no es nada nuevo ya lo sabemos lo que es nuevo es que esto siga vigente un año más tarde y lo peor es que estamos a las puertas del final de la legislatura y no tenemos nada claro que puede pasar políticamente en el país.

Por mucho que el actual gobierno del PP se empeñe en pintar las cosas de otra manera la realidad no se puede seguir ocultando la realidad estamos a punto de terminar el tercer trimestre de 2015, y por mucho que nos digan bonitas palabras sobre el supuesto fin de la crisis, que la banca esta recapitalizada, que en este año se haya empezado a crear empleo neto, que no habrán más recortes que solo serán unos ajustes, que hay que aguantar un poco más pero que las cosas están encarriladas, los hechos y los números nos sitúan en una situación social cada vez más dura, la depresión y la pérdida del consumo sigue vigente porque no vale decir que hemos salido si los índices están muy por debajo de la situación de partida.

Las cifras reales no las maquilladas por el gobierno, en que se mueve la economía española, reflejan una situación de estancamiento lo que engaña a la sociedad porque efectivamente le parece que no va a peor, pero esto contrariamente a lo que quieren hacernos ver, no es ir a mejor. Y si no tenemos a la vista un futuro más o menos claro políticamente, a tres o cuatro meses del fin de la legislatura y la convocatoria de elecciones generales, puede significar el fin de toda recuperación. ¿Qué plan seguiremos el 2016 el marcado por los presupuestos del gobierno actual es que acaso es seguro de que seguirá al frente del gobierno?

Las cosas son sencillas de ver, el paro no cede en las magnitudes que debería hacerlo para ver un final que se acerque a los valores de antes de la crisis, y en cuanto a sus efectos sociales se agudiza y mucho, no hace falta que explique que los datos que el gobierno da, son trucados porque la gente se borra de las oficinas de empleo oficiales, porque cada vez son más los que ya no tienen derecho a desempleo, se habla de más de dos millones de parados que no cuentan con ningún ingreso ni protección, y ni se cuenta con ellos lo que es peor.

Todo esto es depresión, no solo hay que ver los números generales, estos posiblemente no caen ya, pero repito, es que no hay más números por caer, y sin embargo el gobierno, ya ni anuncia proyectos de renovación económica, todavía sigue hablando de recortes, de ajustes, de contención de salarios y lo que ofrece, son simplemente promesas electorales para ver de conseguir votos, rebaja del IRPF, subida de sueldos a funcionarios, las pensiones, pero la mayoría de ustedes habrán calculado lo que les va a representar y es nada.

Pero la realidad será mucho más dura muy dura, porque estas promesas hay que pagarlas y la economía española no cambiara, sigue anclada en el mismo PIB de hace un año, así que el gobierno si entendemos que seguirá siendo del PP deberá subir el IVA para recuperar la bajada de impuestos, y los millones de subida de salarios y pensiones, sobre esto último hoy leía que ya se anuncia que el año que viene se van a necesitar el 50% de lo que queda en la caja de la seguridad social y que al final las pensiones serán un coste más para la seguridad social.

La economía española esta zombi, así de claro, la gran empresa se financia fuera y la nacional se está muriendo, España no podrá mejor dicho no puede ya, mantener a 47 millones de habitantes, y esto lo sabe el gobierno y el PP y su política se orienta a re centralizar todo lo que pueda en Madrid, para construir como una isla de más o menos calidad de vida, con unos cuantos millones de habitantes como muestra, suficientes para que alimenten con sus impuestos y tarifas, las apariencias, las estadísticas y los sueldos y demás prebendas de la clase política, pero es que ya no puede ni quiere hacer nada más.

Es urgente que el actual gobierno deje de hacer planes de futuro que nos hipotequen, porque la situación política en España no está clara, pero el PP se va a resistir todo lo que pueda porque esta espera sin plazo fijo, impide la confección de planes de gobierno a otros partidos o fuerzas políticas, la forma de actuar del PP es estratégicamente genial, quisiera preguntar: cuántos españoles hoy piensan que las cosas van a cambiar dentro de cuatro meses, creo que puedo contestar ¡NINGUNO!

La sociedad española en su mayoría esta tan asustada que ha abandonado la política. La verdad es que bastante trabajo tiene para buscarse el sustento o un empleo y esto lo está promoviendo el PP y lo está dando como un hecho, la prueba más fehaciente es que ya ha hecho los presupuestos del 2016, el PP calcula no sin razón, que la sociedad española les votara a ellos otra vez porque nadie llegará a tiempo a poner sobre la mesa planes concretos para España. El PP ya se ha adelantado y es tanto el temor a pensar que las cosas pueden ir a peor que me temo que la sociedad española, sucumbirá a lo malo conocido, que ir a luchar por lo bueno a conseguir.

YO SOLO VOTARE EL 27S UNA LISTA UNITARIA FORMADA CON MINIONS

Creo que a ninguno de mis lectores se les ocurrirá poner en duda mi catalanidad y mi sentimiento de independencia para mi pequeño país pero una cosa es el sentir profundo de una identidad y otra muy distinta que me quieran hacer pasar por imbécil. Entiendo que lo sean casi todos los políticos que hoy están empeñados en destrozar la posibilidad de un proceso soberanista para Catalunya porque la política embrutece a quien la practica ya puede ser de derechas de izquierdas o  revolucionario de la calle,  da igual dale un voto a un hombre o una mujer y en este momento pierde la razón cambia de estatus y se cree con sabiduría y derechos que no tiene.

Vengo diciendo que no habrán elecciones en Catalunya el 27S y me reafirmo creo que no es posible convocar unas elecciones que serán invalidadas a las 12 horas de haberse consumado porque es imposible que guarden las normas legales de un proceso totalmente legalizado y encuadrado en la constitución vigente, las elecciones son para que los ciudadanos elijan a sus representantes “políticos” para formar un gobierno que guie y dirija la economía la sanidad la vigilancia en fin la vida en sociedad de un país, no para entretenerse en ver quien la hace o dice más gorda.

Es evidente que si se está jugando ahora en buscar listas de personas civiles por así decirlo ante la inminente posibilidad de que se proclamen elecciones en septiembre no es para ganarlas es para todo lo contrario es para perderlas y que el desastre no afecte a los políticos y sus partidos y no se dejen engañar vamos hacia un auténtico desastre nacional catalán miren ustedes es facilísimo de entender. Una vez decidido que los políticos quieren presumir de quien la tiene más larga (la lista de votos se entiende) se dieron cuenta que ninguno le llega más allá de sus pantalones y esto les dio miedo ¡mira que si la sociedad ve que no puedo! Vaya ridículo así que mejor lo dejamos y que la ensenen otros.

Es duro lo que estoy exponiendo, lo siento pero es así, no se me ocurre otra metáfora yo si hubiesen habido elecciones constituyentes hubiese votado  según siempre he votado es decir al partido que siempre ha sido el que he considerado más afín con mis ideas políticas, si este partido se hubiese unido con otros partidos para entre ellos dar la imagen de unidad para enfrentarse a un proceso constituyente declarándolo asi en sus programas electorales hubiese votado a esta unión sin dudarlo, pero lo que no voy a hacer es votar al vecino del quinto o a la señorita de la esquina que está muy buena pero que no tengo la más remota idea de lo que puede hacer en un gobierno por muy provisional que quieran pintarlo.

Y es que huele mal porque si antes de empezar ya saben que esto que proponen es provisional es que no merece ni plantearlo porque luego que haremos supongamos que ganan las elecciones el vecino y la chica estupenda que decía antes el dia 28, 29, 30,….. Que harán hay que pagar pensiones hay que pagar funcionarios y lo peor  hay que enfrentarse con Madrid. Me dirán ustedes que estos primeros días sigue en funciones el gobierno actual. Entonces mi respuesta es, pues porque no se han presentado a las elecciones. Ante esta pregunta su respuesta solo puede ser una, ¡por miedo a perderlas! luego si esto es así no me sirven para continuar y cambiarlos sacando fuera la lista más votada (suponiendo que lo fuese).

Espero que la cordura vuelva a la política catalán o el ridículo será incontestable de momento no acaba de aclararse si el Ejecutivo catalán de Artur Mas avala o no que los soberanistas concurran a las elecciones del 27 de septiembre con una lista soberanista sin políticos. Yo ya lo digo en el encabezado solo aceptare una lista confeccionada con MINIONS  porque al menos me harán reír.

Déjense de tonterías y afronten su obligación me dirijo a todos partidos y organizaciones civiles preséntense los primeros o háganse partidos políticos los segundos solo así el que escribe asumirá la legitimidad de estas imposibles elecciones si la final las hay y en base a los programas iré a votar. No lo hare para votar a cuenta de otros ténganlo en cuenta y como yo estoy seguro que muchos harán lo mismo señores políticos sumar sigue siendo muy fácil y la suma de votos de todos los partidos soberanistas es clara así que no sé porque la quieren destrozar, o es que están ustedes como los griegos y ahora les interesa que después de tanto ruido ahora no les interesa plantear una soberanía pues vaya pérdida de tiempo.

ES INEVITABLE GRECIA ACTIVARA LA UNION EUROPEA A DOS VELOCIDADES

Significa la amplia victoria del Partido Syriza que se producirá inevitablemente un enfrentamiento entre Atenas y sus acreedores de la UE y el FMI. La brecha que separa a Syriza de sus acreedores es muy amplia, por lo que no será fácil reducirla. A corto plazo, a las dos partes les interesará ampliar el rescate de Grecia más allá del 28 de febrero, su fecha de vencimiento, pero no veo ni la lógica ni la necesidad de ampliarlo mucho más allá, así que entonces deberán de tomarse medidas definitivas.

El problema es de todos conocido toda la deuda griega está en manos de la UE y por lo tanto de los sufridos europeos, usted, yo y el alemán de Baviera que vende seguros de vida. Esto es así porque cuando se dice que el estado español o el alemán o el belga tiene tantos miles de millones de euros de deuda griega la realidad es que son los sufridos españoles los alemanes o el belga el que la tiene que financiar y en el peor de los casos pagar y esta es la cuestión tienen los gobiernos de la UE la potestad de perdonar mi deuda no nos confundamos en esto los gobiernos no tienen dinero lo recaudan de sus habitantes.

Es por eso que la cuestión es difícil pero hay que encontrar una solución inevitablemente y creo yo que no es precisamente seguir alargando los plazos de lo inevitable. En mi opinión hoy la situación de Grecia es tan desesperada económicamente y socialmente que creo que es el momento de romper del todo la situación de compromiso porque ya no puede hacer más daño. Sin embargo si se sigue alargando la agonía tanto de los griegos como de los otros europeos cada acción cada préstamo cada NO solución aumentara el mal estar de todos.

Grecia necesita otras soluciones que no son precisamente las que propone Alemania y Bruselas las medidas de austeridad no son viables en un país donde no hay posibilidad alguna de ahorrar, Grecia gasta mucho más de lo que ingresa en su PIB esto no solo hace que no pueda asumir el pago de más deuda externa, sino que además la produce internamente por sí misma.

Ya lo expuse una vez, las medidas alemanas son buenas para Alemania y su zona de influencia, porque son unos países que si reducen su gasto no reducen sus ingresos y por lo tanto ahorran.  Y se pueden situar como ya lo ha hecho Alemania en un déficit cero o casi positivo.

Pero esta medida es imposible de imponer en países donde depende su equilibrio fiscal de los impuestos del consumo ciudadano, más que de los impuestos empresariales y comerciales,  en estos países si recortas o aplicas austeridad, recortas a la vez los ingresos del país lo que produce el NO pago de la deuda y la creación de más deuda para cubrir el déficit presupuestario.

En la situación actual ampliar el plazo a Grecia solo serviría para que tanto Alexis Tsipras, líder de Syriza, como sus acreedores ganaran tiempo, y se plantearan cómo alcanzar un compromiso a más largo plazo evitando la salida de Grecia de la eurozona, si es lo que quieren ambos (deudor y acreedores) posiblemente ningún gobierno de la eurozona quiere este resultado, como tampoco lo quieren la mayoría de los griegos por lo que Tsipras asumiría un gran riesgo adoptando medidas que desencadenaran una salida del euro.

Pero seamos claros porque Syriza esta prisionera de la realidad y también lo está la UE pues sencillamente porque no tienen mucho más tiempo. Grecia tiene pendiente el pago de 4.300 millones de euros en marzo y más de 6.000 millones de euros en julio y agosto. Si Syriza no decide incurrir en impago, necesitará ayuda de sus prestamistas, una nueva línea de crédito y que el BCE inyecte dinero a los bancos griegos, y no hace falta decir que esto significa agrandar el problema.

No parece que haya muchas más posibilidades, sobre todo porque el Gobierno alemán se opone rotundamente a ningún acuerdo de quita o perdón de la deuda griega que soporta y se asciende a más de 60.000 millones de euros. Además, en este sentido, la canciller Angela Merkel sabe que cuenta con el respaldo del electorado alemán. Y aquí se produce el verdadero peligro es cierto que tanto los alemanes como todos los europeos nórdicos no pueden perdonar ni aceptar la trampa griega y puestos a decir la verdad ni la española ni la italiana ni la portuguesa.  

Esto es muy grave porque nadie recuerda o no se lo dijeron en su momento que sus gobiernos aceptaron todas las argucias fiscales presentadas por los países del sur para que estos entrasen en la Europa de Euro hoy se ve que aquello fue un error de hecho lo fue el EURO y lo fue porque los dirigentes políticos (QUE NO SON ECONOMISTAS) pensaron que una moneda común haría una Europa común manteniendo a la vez la independencia nacional de cada país.

Tremendo error el resultado es todo lo contrario el euro ha separado Europa en dos mitades una la que puede costearse el euro y la otra la que el euro la ha hundido en la más rotunda de las miserias. Hoy es fácil de prever que o esto se corta de raíz o la Europa pobre se llevara al pozo de la miseria a la Europa rica porque el desequilibrio fiscal y económico entre ambas es insalvable, y socialmente esta situación es injusta e intolerable.

No hay a mi entender otra posibilidad que crear aquella Europa que Merkel preveía hace ya unos tres años la Europa de dos velocidades que yo hoy diría una Europa de dos economías la del euro alemán y la otra y no hay más solución que aceptarlo así jamás la Europa del norte admitirá financiar los desequilibrios de la Europa del sur a fondo perdido.

La solución es que se forme una Europa del sur  con una economía más acorde a su realidad y con un “euro sur” con un valor de cambio con respecto al euro de más o menos un 0,80% sobre el euro es decir 1euro valdría 1.20 euro sur, esto conseguiría de golpe que el sur de Europa fuese más competitivo para la Europa del norte que muchas empresas del norte trasladaran manufacturas al sur pues los salarios serian de golpe un 20% más baratos los productos del Sur serian igualmente un 20% más baratos con lo que quizás los del norte pensarían que ya no seriamos tan malos los del sur.

Para la Europa del sur esto pondría más en la realidad sus economías, frente a los mercados internacionales podría competir mejor y la reactivación de sus economías sería una realidad su divisa podría fluctuar de valor tanto frente a su homónima del norte como en los mercados de divisas internacionales y quien sabe podría llegar el día que la paridad entre ambos euros fuesen tan cercanas que pudiésemos hablar otra vez de un euro único y una Unión Europea de verdad. Si no es así no hay más remedio que o la Europa del norte compra la deuda y con ello a la Europa del sur o nos separamos y nos liamos a tortas como tantas veces hemos hecho durante la historia.
