HE WOULD BE NECESSARY TO GO THINKING OF REFORMING THE DEMOCRACY

The first thing that he/she would be necessary to think is how to make public, tight and freed administration levels of Government's politics, in the western democratic system. I will try to expose but this question just as me sees it, I don't know if I will know neither if it rots to expose it well, the ideas are crowded together and my domain of the organizational system of the public functions is not wide, rather they are scarce, because I have never acted in none of them. Nevertheless alone the fact that it got that one speaks of it, for authentic specialists of political right i constitutionalists would give me for satisfied. 

The whole position of my reasoning’s leaves of an idea that assaults me for some time, and that he/she already draws in a titled previous blog (The democracy of the centuries 18/19/20 no longer serve) in this writing, he/she drew the abysmal differences that the humanity has overcome from the moment that the modern democracy jumps to the pilaster in the incipient USA of North America. Developing this theory is easy to recognize that the societies of the centuries 18/19 and half-filled of the 20 they didn't think about neither they interfered in the Government problems like now. 

For that reason the last rulers, had more easiness in attacking their plans of political, economic development, etc. in fact was little rebutted by the town and they also needed of much less structure  and of administration. The town was allowed to govern, because its problems and its general culture, they were if they allow me the expression, earthlier and less more political. So during these centuries the governments and their officials were growing at the same time that they also grew their governed, but so single 65 years ago, the democratic governments from France England and USA sent without blinking to their inhabitants to the II world war, practically without opposition some told it their ruling one and there they will die for their homeland. 

I don't see today in day an obedience of this caliber for any part, except in the Arab integrist worlds, today the town sees the politics as the soccer, each one has a trainer and an own alignment, and it interferes in the government of the country with its own approaches, and if they are not the same ones that those proposed by its government, its answer are the rejection, the insubordination, the strike, and the worst thing the creation of contrary opinion currents, with those that to unbalance its government and for consequence its Country. And this can make it because the political, judicial, police and functional officials are communicated and in their respective breasts, people that already have their own version of what it is necessary to make, cohabit and they don't accept the obligation of making what the elected government sends for universal vote. 

It is this way very difficult not so alone to govern, if not to make responsible for anything to anybody, because that that bad or it sends the legal political, it is bombarded by all and each one of the parallel and inferior stamen that they are established to take to term and to negotiate the government of a Nation. It cannot be that the supreme judges the name the government is which is, the judges should be judges and I will tell them but, they should not be entitled to vote while they are judges, equally it would be necessary to separate very clearly of the politics, the administration of the state, country property, legal profession of the state, the armed forces, and in government's inferior steps CCAA, City councils, etc. would Also have to separate the political function of the public one, that is to say the mayor sends, and it is the responsible to the one who will request him bills the voters in his day, the secretaries, officials, urban guard, etc. should be hard-working that they should make work the orders and guidelines without putting sticks in the road so that they trip. 

I cannot detail but, I don't know how one should make, alone I know that it is not possible to take the responsibility of a work and a lot less than government's politics, if those that have to make it work, can affect their realization for the simple one made that they would make it otherwise, and the organization to make that allows it to him. But the Democracy not, here their error, the Democracy is he/she needs of the absolute faith in the elected ruler, without fear some, because the own democracy has the necessary springs so that if they twist the things, they can be recomposed for that the Parliaments and deputies are, councilmen, elect, to control and to denounce the shortcomings of functionality or operability, and it doesn't stop to be making I eat now, destructive
