THE POLITICAL JUGGLERS DE SPAIN.

From yesterday it assaults me an essential doubt they will see you. My local government that is to say the Generality of Catalonia, by means of its president said in some declarations that will apply the severe cuttings of 10% in the government's budget, he requested with all solemnity that although he understood that anybody will like they at least that they put the other left sticks in the wheels, because in the bottom the budgetary imbalances and of debt they are been of the "excellent years of tripartite" government. 

Artur Mas he said: If we are not able to reduce the deficit, we will enter in a diabolical hairspring, in the one that our sacrifices, alone they will be good to pay the interests that generate the debt to contract, to return the contracted debt, and it won't serve as anything the sacrifice that the government requests to the society, and to the opposition he repeats them, it is not necessary that they agree, alone that don't work to bother, clear and direct brave Mr. President to explain to it so clear and so direct.

Now I as Catalan citizen that I am affected by this situation, need to clarify an important question: If it has been alone in my community where this tremendous imbalance of the expense has taken place or it has been in all the Spanish communities, I say it because I have not read neither heard that in the other communities nobody urges them so that they reduce its budgets, and now that in all the PP sends and east is not then still responsible for anything less, what doesn't explain to me if it is that the other ones don't have debts but clear I should give of course that if the government of the nation doesn't say anything it is that there is not but debt that the Catalan.  

This way the things and I eat consequence of my observation a judicial demand it should be presented to the tripartite government, for graft of public flows, in front of the superior tribunal of justice of Catalonia, since it is in evidence that they have wasted knowingly, the money of the taxpayers from Catalonia, causing with it a wrong to the clearly evident society.
 
Clear if it is also denounced on the part of the government from Spain, the one that is the PSOE or the PP that also in other the communities of Spain the same thing has happened, then the crime is more serious, and in that supposition it would owe the society in general, to demand to the entirety of the Spanish rulers, of graft of public flows since would be demonstrated that it has been wasting knowingly the resources of the citizenship during a long period of time, what is a manifesto case of abuse of power and concealment of continuous crime, against the public country property.

Our politicians cannot leave roses like they seek to make, it should not be tolerated on the part of the deceived society, it is not enough with losing votes in the urns, here in this Country Catalonia and it is also Spain the rulers they have been making a crime I repeat it contemplated by the laws of our penal code, so I demand that justice is made from the tribunals, besides the painless justice of the elections. Or it is that in Spain to a bank or company a manager the swindle and alone he is discharged, non gentlemen not, he is also denounced to the justice.
